Description
Tony Ray’s Aero Models Avro 504K
Balsa Laser Cut Kit for Radio Control
This kit is an R/C model of the Avro 504K which was a First World War biplane aircraft made by the Avro aircraft company and under license by others. Production during the war totalled 8,970 and continued for almost 20 years, making it the most-produced aircraft of any kind that served in the First World War, in any military capacity, during that conflict. More than 10,000 were built from 1913 until production ended in 1940. The kit comes with all the parts and components displayed in the gallery photo.
The model can also be converted to rubber powered free flight for those with appropriate model building skills.
Finally, the kit can be built as a great looking static display model.
