Classic Whip Powered Control Line Kit. The first American Junior production of this plane commenced in 1939, as designed by Jim Walker. The kit which is offered here incorporates a design which was modified in 4/83 and reproduced by Heritage Models, Inc.. This kit is designed to be flown by whip-powered U-control which was first develop by Jim Walker in the ’30’s as a safe, easy, fun way to learn control line flying.
