Item Condition
Since all the items for sale in the FlyBoyz Store are ‘pre-owned’, their condition varies from factory sealed kits in ‘Brand New’ condition to kits and items with a severe case of ‘Hanger Rash’. With some of the kits, the construction process may have already been started and some may be missing pieces. With each kit and item listed for sale, every effort has been made to describe the contents and conditions of the kit, engine, or item as completely and accurately as possible. To make it easy to quickly determine the condition of any kit, engine, or item being sold, a grading system, known as an Item Condition Rating, is displayed in the description of each item for sale in the store. Please refer to the Item Condition Ratings page, as well as the Description given in each item listing, for information related to the condition of the specific item being sold.
Due to the condition and nature of the items sold in the FlyBoyz Store, all items are sold on an ‘As Is’ basis with no guarantees being stated or implied as to the completeness or proper functioning of any kit, engine, or item. As a result, we also do not offer refunds based on Item Condition.
Shipping And Handling
Domestic Orders – Most orders are shipped within 24 hours
Most orders shipped within the U.S. will be charged a flat rate of $12.99 for shipping and handling. Large ‘Big Box’ items will be charged a ‘Big Box’ flat rate of $18.99 for shipping and handling. Over-sized kits or heavy items will be charged an ‘Over-sized’ flat rate of $35.99 for shipping and handling. Small items will be charged a ‘Small Item’ flat rate of $4.99 for shipping and handling. Also please note that UPS, FedEx, and freight shipments require a full street address, not just a P.O. box number. We are sorry express shipping is not available.

International Orders
At this point in time, all FlyBoyz Store sales and shipments are limited to the 50 United States. No international sales or shipping are offered at this time.
Merchandise Damaged In Shipment
Every effort is made to insure that merchandise is not damaged in shipment. In accepting delivery of boxes from the FlyBoyz Store, check the boxes for possible damage. If the boxes have been damaged in transit, you must be sure to have the deliveryman sign the delivery forms certifying that the shipment arrived in poor or damaged condition. You should notify the FlyBoyz Store immediately concerning damage to merchandise in the boxes, and include specific details. Given the unique nature of many of the items offered in the FlyBoyz Store, a replacement item may not be available in which case a refund of the purchase price, less shipping, will be offered. Please contact us at admin@flyboyzblog.com and explain your problem. Please let us know within 7 days of delivery date. Damage claims cannot be accepted beyond that time.
Item Usage Liability
In use of our products, the user shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith. No other obligation, warranty, or guarantee is expressed or implied by the FlyBoyz Store or FlyBoyz, LLC. FlyBoyz, LLC reserves the right to refuse any order.
